Badger Management Training Program Job Description – Summary: Badger Daylighting is offering an in depth training program in order to develop future business leaders for the company. These key individuals will participate in an in depth training program focusing in key areas such as safety, operations, sales, management and financial training over an extended period of time. This in depth training will prepare the management trainee for a variety of management roles and future progression opportunity within Badger. The Badger Management Training Program is designed to give a hands on training experience in all facets of the business. You will learn how to operate a truck, sell the business and run a profitable operation. Ideal candidates must have an entrepreneurial spirit, be action oriented and thrive in a fast paced environment. During the training program, that will last 4-6 months, you must be willing to travel up to 100% of the time. When you successfully complete the training program, you must be willing to relocate to assigned area. Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree is required in related field or applicable work experience in lieu of degree. Prior leadership and/or management skills. Entrepreneurial spirit and be action oriented. Excellent problem solving and communication skills. Candidate must able to travel up to 100% during training period. Must be willing to relocate once successfully complete the program.
