A three-minute wedding at the US-Mexico border

When the US-Mexico border gate was briefly opened on Saturday at San Diego’s International Friendship Park for a family reunion, one couple took the opportunity to tie the knot in a three-minute ceremony.
Dressed in a gray suit, San Diego resident Brian Houston exchanged vows and kissed his bride, Evelia Reyes, who was in full bridal regalia of white dress, train and veil.
