Samsung resumes the update of Android 8.0 Oreo for the Galaxy S8
After a few days ago Samsung stopped the release of the operating system without explanations, this week users are already receiving it.
Samsung is resuming this Thursday the update of Android 8.0 Oreo for its Galaxy S8 cellphone, according to media that have already received notification of the software.
The SamMobile and GalaxyClub sites have already received an update alert available in several versions of the Galaxy S8, so users around the world should receive the same from today and gradually. The operating system versions are G950FXXU1CRB7 and G955XXU1CRB7 for the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus, respectively.
Samsung began to update these two cell phones from the first week of February, but a week later, exactly on February 16, the South Korean firm stopped the update for unknown reasons ; although Samsung shortly afterwards said that he was already working on a new version.
