Emmanuella Samuel, the popular Nigerian child comedienne has hinted to her fans that she will be featuring in a Walt Disney project. The 7-year-old took to her Instagram to announce the big news posting a picture of her on set while appreciating those who have given her comedy career support. “Thanks @disneystudios God bless everyone whose support has added to bringing us here. I never dreamed of being here so soon. I miss Success. I love you all.” her post read. Emmanuella who has put smiles on millions of people across the continent and the world came into limelight for her intriguing roles in Mark Angel’s comedy skits. Her fan base has enjoyed so much growth making her one of the first African Comedy Channel to hit 1million subscribers on YouTube. The landing of the role has opened more doors for her as she received an invite from the Nigerian senate president, Dr. Bukola Saraki who noted that her presence in the senate would enhance the discussion on how the senate can develop the potentials of the country’s young talents in the creative industry. Many Nigerians have been congratulating her on social media, most of them terming the Disney project a stamp of approval on her talent. Saraki wrote on his Twitter handle, “Congratulations Emmanuella, Make sure you make them laugh over there. “Your story is an inspiration. Come by the @ngrsenate sometime, let’s discuss how we can develop the potential of our young talents in the creative industry”, he said.
